Waiter

Location: Anukama Resort, Nilaveli, Trincomalee, Sri Lanka

Salary: LKR 40,000 – 50,000 (Based on experience)

Position: Full-Time Waiter

We are seeking a passionate and skilled waiter to join our team and deliver top-notch hospitality to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve guests with a welcoming and professional attitude.
• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, cocktails, and coffee to the highest standards.
• Actively engage with guests to promote menu items and boost sales.
• Build relationships with guests to encourage positive reviews and repeat visits.
• Ensure tables are clean, organized, and ready for service.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Skills: Proficiency in preparing cocktails, beverages, and coffee.
• Language: Must be good in Sinhala and English.
• Personality: Outgoing, energetic, and sales-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
